At least ten operatives of BIA and other security services from Serbia are in BiH where they are trying to influence the election results, Žurnal learns from several domestic and international sources. Three of those operatives have diplomatic status in BiH.
According to the official list of the Serbian Embassy in BiH, diplomatic affairs in our country are performed by Goran Zivaljevic, former deputy director of the BIA. Živaljević has been doing the same work for several years in Macedonia. According to documents of the Macedonian services published in the media, Zivaljevic was one of the organizers of last year's storming of the Macedonian Parliament (Sobranje).
The Security and Counter-Intelligence Agency of Macedonia (UMK) in its documents stated that it had intercepted Zivaljevic and concluded that his goal was "to promote Russian politics and Gruevski, but also to fight against Macedonia's accession into NATO".
Macedonian media published that Goran Zivaljevic was in the Macedonian Parliament at the time of the storming on April 27th last year. Then the masked people attacked the pro-Western leader of the Social Democratic Union of Macedonia (SDSM) Goran Zaev, who was later elected to be the Macedonian prime minister. Živaljević then confirmed that he was officially in Sobranje to see if some of the Serb hooligans stormed the Macedonian parliament.
Shortly after the Sobranje storming, Zivaljevic was returned to Belgrade, and then reassigned to BiH. In the last days he was in Serbia, but he entered the territory of BiH on September 30 this year. Formally, he performs the duties of "the first advisor in the Serbian Embassy in BiH". As previously announced, in May this year, the Serbian government appointed Aleksandar Đorđević as the ambassador of that country in BiH, who until the middle of last year served as the director of the Security and Information Agency of Serbia (BIA).
Djordjevic was director of the BIA when his employee Goran Živaljević participated in the action in the Macedonian parliament. Therefore, the former director of the BIA is the ambassador of Serbia to BiH, while his associate and former deputy director of the BIA - the first adviser to the ambassador.
Apart from Đorđević and Živaljević, Goran Dragović has recently been engaged in the Serbian embassy, formally as an advisor to the ambassador, and he serves as a police liaison officer. Dragović has the rank of colonel in the Serbian police, and until three months ago he was the commander of the Gendarmerie of Serbia. From the position of Commander of the Gendarmerie, he was dismissed on July 31 this year, after which he was appointed a diplomat in BiH. He entered the territory of BiH on September 19 this year.
Goran Dragović participated in the war activities in Kosovo. In parallel with jobs in special units, he worked as security at the Grand Hotel Discotheque in Pristina, where he had contacts with Zeljko Raznatovic Arkan. Following the arrival of Aleksandar Vucic to power, Dragovic, according to intelligence reports, had direct ties with Andrej Vucic, the brother of the Serbian president. As Head of the Gendarmerie, he visited the Special Operations Division "Derzhinski", the most elite unit of the National Guard of the Russian Federation.
In addition to these three high-level intelligence officers and police officers who recently received diplomatic status in BiH, at least seven other operatives came into our country.
"They rented apartments in five cities, where they operate against the opposition in the Republika Srpska," reads a document in possession of Žurnal.
BIA operatives are thus located in Bijeljina, Doboj, Prijedor, Banja Luka and Trebinje. Under the command of three high-ranking intelligence officers, all activities should be undertaken so that Milorad Dodik remains in power.
We remind that Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Milorad Dodik in the past seven days and with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic. Prior to these meetings, Vucic accused western countries of interfering in BiH's electoral process. However, his operatives at that time operate in the territory of another state.
